Being a national cooperative leader working to advance the RMK 12 and SDG Goals, IBCC was founded to aspirationally and constructively contribute to those goals. IBCC's primary goal is to create a better ecosystem by bringing together governmental organisations, GLCs, businesses, industry leaders, and community developers.
Small businesses are a vital part of Malaysia's economy, employing more than 5 million people and playing a key role in many communities. However, the ongoing impacts of COVID-19 and extreme weather events have made it difficult for small businesses to survive and thrive
To support the small business community, our organization is committed to delivering on its BetterNation and #MakeNation Narrative. This includes strengthening and positioning small businesses by highlighting their potential and collaborating with them to address challenges and opportunities.
One of our key initiatives is to develop an inclusive network and sustainable ecosystem for small businesses, which will provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
We will also work to create job opportunities for small businesses and promote their products and services to a wider audience.
By working together, we believe that we can help small businesses to adapt and become more resilient in the face of difficult conditions. This will not only benefit individual small business owners, but also contribute to the overall economic growth and development of Malaysia.

This could involve providing a range of services and resources to help members develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed, and building partnerships and networks that facilitate collaboration, innovation, and growth
Develop a digital platform that enables members to collaborate, share resources, and access business services
Offer training, mentorship, and coaching to help members develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the digital economy
Provide marketing and promotion services to help members reach new customers and grow their businesses.
Facilitate networking and partnership building opportunities for members to help them collaborate, share ideas, and access new markets
Support for members to develop new digital products and services that meet the needs of their customers.
Advocate for policies and regulations that support the growth of the digital economy and small businesses.
The IBCC could conduct research and analysis on the digital economy and small business issues to inform policy development and member services.
The IBCC could provide financial support to members, such as access to loans, grants, and other funding opportunities
